1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.

PART A: TWEKA DELIVERY SERVICE

2. Nature of Service

Tweka acts strictly as a delivery and limited payment collection agent. Tweka does not manufacture, own, or guarantee products supplied by vendors.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees must be paid in advance and are strictly non-refundable. If a product is rejected, the delivery fee shall be used to return the item to the vendor.

4. Buyer Inspection & Acceptance

Upon delivery, the buyer must thoroughly inspect and verify the product before making payment. If dissatisfied, the buyer may decline to purchase. The delivery fee remains non-refundable.

Once accepted and paid for, the transaction becomes final and Tweka bears no liability for defects, dissatisfaction, or performance issues.

5. Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be directed to the vendor or manufacturer. Tweka bears no responsibility for warranty servicing or product replacement.

6. Payment Collection & Agency

Where applicable, Tweka may collect cash or mobile money on behalf of vendors. Collected funds shall be remitted after deduction of agreed commissions or service charges. This arrangement does not create partnership, employment, or joint venture.

7. Anti-Fraud Protection

False claims, fraudulent chargebacks, misrepresentation, or misuse of the platform shall result in suspension and possible legal action under Ugandan law.

PART B: ABANPLOT PROPERTY VIEWING SERVICE

8. Nature of Service

AbanPlot lists properties and connects clients to property owners. AbanPlot does not own properties and does not negotiate prices on behalf of clients.

9. Viewing Coordination Fee

Clients pay a non-refundable viewing coordination fee. Payment for viewing does not guarantee booking, reservation, rental, or purchase of the property. It only grants access to the property owner or authorized representative.

10. Property Availability

In the event that a selected property is no longer available at the time of confirmed viewing, the client shall be offered an alternative property viewing opportunity.

If the client refuses the alternative option, a refund of the viewing coordination fee shall be processed within twenty-one (21) days.

AbanPlot shall from time to time update its listings to ensure published properties reflect current availability, but does not guarantee real-time accuracy.

11. Client Conduct During Viewing

Clients must behave responsibly and shall not damage, tamper with, or misuse any property. Viewing may be canceled immediately if misconduct is observed.

12. Property Verification & Liability

Clients are solely responsible for verifying the condition, legality, suitability, and ownership of any property before committing to rent or purchase.

AbanPlot shall not be responsible for property defects, damages, ownership disputes, or agreements made between client and property owner.

All rent, deposit, and purchase payments are strictly between client and property owner. AbanPlot’s responsibility ends at connection and viewing coordination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
