1. Tweka Refund Policy

Delivery fees are non-refundable except where a completely different product from the one selected is delivered. All disputes must be filed within 2 days.

2. AbanPlot Refund Policy

Viewing coordination fees are strictly non-refundable. Property payment disputes must be resolved directly with the property owner.

3. Anti-Fraud Clause

Any attempt to reverse legitimate payments, submit false claims, provide misleading information, or engage in fraudulent chargebacks shall result in immediate suspension of service, blacklisting, and possible legal action under Ugandan law.

4. Investigation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and cooperate with law enforcement agencies where fraud is suspected.
