AGENT TERMS & AGREEMENT

1. Nature of Role
An Agent is an independent marketing partner of AbanPlot & Tweka Services. Agents promote the company’s properties and services and earn commission on verified and completed transactions. Agents are not employees, partners, or representatives with authority to bind the company.
2. Not a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Program
AbanPlot & Tweka Services does NOT operate as a multi-level marketing (MLM) scheme. Agents are not required to recruit others in order to earn income. There is no joining fee, registration fee, or mandatory payment required to become an Agent.
Agents earn commission strictly from valid referrals or completed sales generated through their unique referral link.
3. Commission & Referral Tracking
Commission is earned only on completed and verified transactions made through an Agent’s unique referral link. Referral tracking is managed through a cookie-based system.
A referral cookie duration will be set according to company policy. If a customer uses an Agent’s link, that Agent will earn commission for purchases made within the active cookie period, unless the customer later uses another Agent’s referral link which overrides the previous referral tracking.
Commission rates and structure shall be communicated upon approval. The company reserves the right to adjust commission structure or referral tracking duration where necessary.
4. Approval Process
Registration does not guarantee automatic approval. All applications are reviewed before activation. AbanPlot reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
5. Conduct & Integrity
Agents must act professionally and honestly at all times. Agents shall not collect money on behalf of the company unless officially authorized. Agents must not misrepresent prices, availability, or company policies. All payments must be directed to official company channels.
Any involvement in fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized collection of funds, or damage to the company’s reputation shall result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
6. Verification Requirements
The company may request verification documents such as National ID, contact verification, or additional documentation where necessary. Failure to comply may result in suspension.
7. Termination
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any agent found violating company policies or engaging in unethical conduct.

By applying to become an Agent, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Agreement.
